Take Good Care of your Feet for Holiday Events and Travel

When you arrive home, pamper your feet with a warm water soak and massage in a soothing cream or lotion.

Avoid Foot Problems during Long Trips

Sitting for long periods during car, plane or train travel can cause dangerous foot and leg swelling. There is also risk of developing a blood clot in the leg, also known as deep vein thrombosis. A blood clot produces severe and persistent pain along with swelling. You should seek out medical help immediately if you suspect that you have a blood clot.
